Although we are one of the smallest classes in the school with just 20 pupils, we ooze talent! From sporting skill, artistic ability to musical brilliance, we have it all. Soccer, Gaelic, hurling and basketball are just some of our sporting strengths. Not to mention our latest achievements in dodge ball………natural winners! (Miss O Sullivan’s class will vouch for that!)

 We have one boy on the Waterford soccer team, and 3 boys going for trials. Another 2 boys are on trial for the county hurling team. Gaelic is one of our strengths in Scoil Lorcain. The school has won the county final two years in a row and our class represents almost half the team! We really do have many skilled athletes among us.

 Our classroom is Number 12, a prefab at the back of the school. Many of us have been in this same room for the last 4 years so it’s like a second home to us. Its walls are covered with our own artwork, poetry, stories and projects, which gives any visitor a taste of our artistic abilities.

 We have some of the sweetest singers in Scoil Lorcain with seven boys in our class on the school choir. Its no wonder the choir is in such demand at church ceremonies and musicals. Five of our class are involved in the school band and the entire class play a selection of tin whistle tunes making us all first-class musicians.

 We would like to thank our parents, guardians, teachers, coaches and friends for all their support and encouragement over the years. This is our last year in Scoil Lorcain.
